The Past District Deputies and Past State Presidents work with the New Hampshire State Elks Association to promote Elkdom within the State of New Hampshire.
These members are those that have attained the position of District Deputy Grand Exalted Ruler or President of the New Hampshire State Elks Association and continue to foster the works or our great Order and of our Association.
One responsibility of the Association is to recommend worthy candidates for Grand Exalted Ruler to the State Sponsor, the Honorable Amos McCallum. Each year the Association looks to the Past Exalted Rulers of the 14 New Hampshire lodges to find 2 individuals to fulfill this very important position, 1 from the North Lodges (Laconia, Claremont, Franklin, Littleton, Lebanon, and Plymouth) and 1 from the South Lodges (Portsmouth, Manchester, Dover, Nashua, Concord-Epsom, Keene, Rochester, and Derry-Salem).
Any Past Exalted Ruler interested should down load the application and submit as instructed. For the Elk year 2010 to 2011, this application must be submitted by November 15, 2009.
